ENTRY FORM: Photos

QUALIFYING ENTRIES: Enter up to five photographs on one or more environmental topics, published between March 1, 2012 and Feb. 28, 2013.

LINKS AND FILES: Upload low-resolution  (2 MB max each) jpeg files or paste links to your photos. If you are uploading files, ignore the fields for links; if you are using links, ignore the fields for uploading files. Do not include a link AND a file of the same photo.  Use only links that will not expire in 2013. If you are unable to upload files or paste links, you may prepare four copies of each of your photos according to SEJ Awards preparation rules. Note: A caption that describes the event or situation captured in the photograph must be included for each photo entered.

COVER LETTER: Have your PDF cover letter ready to upload as you complete the form. Describe the difficulties you faced in obtaining the photos entered, the situation causing a need for photos, and anything else that will help judges see the full context of your entry.  Even if you mail in your entries, uploaded cover letters ARE REQUIRED. 1,000 word maximum.

CONTACT SHEET: If your entry includes more than just yourself as sole photographer, you are required to upload a PDF document containing all names and contact information (mailing address, phone number and email address).

CAUTION! As you complete the awards entry form, be sure to fill in all required fields. If you miss one, you'll lose any files you've uploaded. Your other information will remain intact, but you'll have to upload your cover letter and other files again.

PAYMENT: When the form is complete, you will be redirected to a secure payment site where you can pay instantly by credit card or opt to send SEJ a check. Your entry will not be considered until payment is received. Please pay your fee as soon as you complete the entry form!
