Get recognition as a supporter in conference materials, logo display on site during the Pittsburgh conference and on sej.org, with SEJ board thanks from conference podium, premium placement of your exhibit, hospitality space and advertisement in SEJ’s 2017 program booklet. Also receive a beautiful trophy acknowledging participation in Environmental Journalism 2017, the 27th Annual Conference of the Society of Environmental Journalists, for display on your exhibit table. Reach SEJ's conference attendees with an ad in the program booklet and on sej.org.
We've kept the prices way down to make sure you can get your message out. SEJ's program books go to hundreds of reporters and others attending the conference, but it doesn't stop there. With SEJ's fundraising efforts, the books reach environmental media leaders for years after the conference is over. Advertisers are also listed on SEJ's website, along with independent reception hosts and exhibitors.

HOST A RECEPTION
SEJ's conference attendees have been out on SEJ's all-day tours, and after a long day, they come back to your reception, ever ready to absorb more information. SEJ's attendees have come to love the Thursday night Independent Receptions (2016). See a more detailed list of 2016 receptions here.
Have press kits ready to hand out. Local beer is always a good draw. Even better than beer: bring along some experts to chat with attendees.
Receptions will be held Thursday, Oct. 5, 2017, from 5:00-9:00 p.m. Specs and fees are listed below. Reception areas are approximately 25' x 25' and are for Thurs. evening ONLY. Reception booths are approximately 10' x 15' and remain Thurs. evening until Sat. afternoon. Catering is not included in the room fee. Hosts will be sent catering information after space has been reserved.
Sizes of reception areas can change, but usually not dramatically. SEJ will confirm reception area dimensions by NEED DATE.
