ADVERTISE IN THE PROGRAM BOOK

 Reach SEJ's conference attendees with an ad in the program booklet and on sej.org.

We've brought the prices way down to make this the fattest program book ever! Exhibit space is tight, but you can get your message to SEJ's attendees with an ad in the program book.

SEJ's program books go to hundreds of reporters and others attending the conference, but it doesn't stop there! With SEJ's fundraising efforts, the books reach environmental media leaders for years after the conference is over.

Advertisers are also listed on SEJ's website, along with independent reception hosts and organizations reserving display space.

Deadline to reserve space: July 15,  2014

Deadline for materials: Aug. 1, 2014

Send high-res (minimum 300 dpi) JPEG or high-res PDF with all fonts embedded. The file must be full size with bleeds included, if applicable.

For full bleed: 8 3/4"w x 11 1/2"h (1/4" all around); full-page trim: 8 1/2" x 11"

Four color or black/white are accepted at the prices listed below.

HOST A RECEPTION

 IMAGINE!

SEJ's conference attendees have been out on SEJ's spectacular all-day tours, and after a long day, they come back to your reception, ever ready to absorb more information. SEJ's attendees have come to love the Thursday night Independent Receptions.

You can bring experts to chat with attendees as they visit each reception, or have press kits ready to hand out. Local beer is always a good draw. Some hosts have even brought musicians!

Receptions will be held Sept. 4, 2014, from 5:00-9:00 p.m. Specs and fees are listed below. Reception areas are approximately 25' x 25' and are for Thurs. evening ONLY. Reception booths are approximately 10' x 15' and remain Thurs. evening until Sat. afternoon. Catering is NOT included in the room fee. Hosts will be sent catering information after space has been reserved.
