The 22nd annual Santa Fe Science Writing Workshop  takes place May 1-6, 2017, in downtown Santa Fe. The Workshop is directed by George Johnson, a New York Times science writer, whose nine books include The Cancer Chronicles: Unlocking Medicine's Deepest Mystery and The Ten Most Beautiful Experiments and Sandra Blakeslee, a New York Times science writer and co-author of The Body Has a Mind of its Own (with Matthew Blakeslee), Sleights of Mind: What the Neuroscience of Magic Reveals about Our Everyday Deceptions, and many other books.
