Groups Say Texas Power Plant Broke Clean Air Law '1000s of Times' [1]

"HOUSTON -- Three nonprofit groups Monday filed a federal lawsuit aimed at cleaning up air pollution from the Lower Colorado River Authority's coal-fired Fayette Power Project located between Austin and Houston.

The lawsuit filed Monday by the Environmental Integrity Project, Texas Campaign for the Environment, and Environment Texas claims the Fayette power plant has violated the federal Clean Air Act 'thousands of times.'"
