DEADLINE: IWMF Howard G. Buffet Fund for Women Journalists [9]

Promoting the work and advancing the role of women in the news media across the globe is critical to transparency and a diversity of voices. This funding initiative enables the International Women's Media Foundation to dramatically expand its support of women journalists reporting on issues of global importance that are typically under-reported. Deadline for 2019 round two: Sep 5.

A group of researchers have found what are likely the first steps in a major overhaul of a site that’s been closely watched since President Trump’s inauguration on Jan. 20.
