DEADLINE: Kovler Prize for Trust in Life Science Journalism [11]

This award recognizes reporters who make complex science-related topics digestible for the public. This work is crucial in building trust to support informed healthcare decision-making. DEADLINE: NLGJA's CONNECT Student Journalism Training Project [21]

Applications are open for NLGJA's CONNECT: Student Journalism Training Project. CONNECT places selected participants at NLGJA's National Convention in San Francisco this September, with travel, lodging and registration fully covered. It's a remarkable hands-on opportunity, and it's open to all students regardless of LGBTQ+ identification or NLGJA membership.
