BP's Hayward Faces Interrogation in Congress Today [1]

"In a draft of his testimony [today] before Senate Energy and Commerce subcommittee on oversight and investigations, BP President Tony Hayward will tell Congress [today] that the company still doesn't know why the Deepwater Horizon exploded and sank last month but that it is clear the oil industry needs better safety technology and rescue policies."
