"Storm Gaston To Become Hurricane By Wednesday: NHC" [1]

"Tropical Storm Gaston, the seventh tropical storm of the season, is strengthening and is expected to become a hurricane by Wednesday, the U.S. National Hurricane Center (NHC) said on Tuesday."
