ENTRY SUBMISSION DETAILS

• A list of submitted stories with titles and publication dates
• Context about the work’s significance or reporting challenges
• Suggested: Background on impact, reporting obstacles or collaborations

You may submit entries in the following formats:

Print or Digital Entries

• Submit a working link to each story (must be hosted by the original publisher or your own site), or upload a low-resolution PDF that reflects the originally published version
• If submitting multiple stories for a single entry, combine them into one PDF file. Need help? Here’s how to combine PDFs into one file [2].
• Include all headlines, bylines, photos, and graphics as originally published
• Sidebars or related stories published on the same day count as one story

Book Entries

• Books must be submitted in digital format (e.g., ebook, digital galley or PDF), not a physical copy
• On the electronic entry form, include all necessary instructions for access (e.g., download links, login credentials, or purchase details if required)

Audio or Video Entries

• Submit a working link from the original publisher or broadcaster or upload an MP3 or MP4 file
• Broadcast entries must offer clear, high-quality playback
• Television and radio entries must also include a complete transcript

Before submitting your entry, confirm that:

• All entry files are accessible and complete
• The content matches what was originally published or aired
• The entry summary provides the judges with helpful context
• You’ve adhered to any story count or length limits for your category
