A handy research tool for investigative reporters is a full list of all the recent Environmental Impact Statements issued by the Department of Energy.
All are listed, although not all are on the web. DOE oversees many projects with significant environmental impacts. Thanks to Michael Ravnitzky for tipping us to this.
