The Global Journalist Fellowship [1] provides support to international journalists who enroll in one of nine graduate programs in journalism at New York University’s Arthur L. Carter Journalism Institute. One of the nine options is Science, Health and Environmental Reporting [2], a three-semester program.

Applicants must be full-time journalists with minimum two years' experience and fluency in English and at least one other language.

The 2024 Fellowship covers tuition expenses and registration fees for two of the three or four semesters of the chosen program. The fellow will also receive a stipend of approximately $16,000 for each of the two semesters of the fellowship. Deadline: Jan 15, 2024.
