IJNR Workshop: Fire on the Land

REGISTRATION OPENS AT NOON (MST) ON WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 19

The Institute for Journalism and Natural Resources (IJNR) invites journalists to register for our upcoming workshop, "Fire on the Land [1]," to be held April 16-18, 2020 in Missoula, MT. This  workshop will allow attendees the opportunity to hear from experts regarding the ecological, economic, social, and public health impacts of wildfire.

IJNR will arrange and cover the cost of lodging on the nights of April 16th and 17th, as well as all meals and local transportation during the program. Staying overnight is not required for reporters within commuting distance.

Due to group size limitations, the workshop is open to the first 20 registrants. There is a $25 registration fee.

The registration link will be sent to the first 20 qualified applicants who submit their credentials, beginning at noon (MST) on 2/19.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to high demand, attendees of previous IJNR wildfire workshops may NOT register on the 19th. If you are a past attendee who is interested in participating again, please email us at contact@ijnr.org [2] and we will let you know if space is available.
