Leaked NSA Report Reveals Australia-US Spying During Bali Conference [1]

"Australia and the US used the 2007 United Nations climate change conference in Bali to carry out a joint surveillance operation on Indonesia, according to reports."

"The Guardian has reported that documents leaked by whistleblower Edward Snowden reveal how the Australian spy agency Defence Signals Directorate (DSD) and the US National Security Agency (NSA) worked together on an operation to collect phone numbers of security officials in Indonesia.

Indonesia's president Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono personally invited the then newly-elected prime minister Kevin Rudd to attend the climate change conference in Bali in 2007."

Australian ABC had the story November 3, 2013. [2]
