"New Quarters Will Showcase National Parks, Wildlife Refuges, Forests" [1]

"Hot Springs National Park, Yellowstone, Yosemite, and Grand Canyon National Parks and Mt. Hood National Forest will be the first sites commemorated in a new quarter-dollar program announced today by the United States Mint.

Starting in April 2010, the America the Beautiful Quarters Program will begin producing quarters with tails side designs that showcase a national park or other federally preserved area from each state, U.S. territory, and the District of Columbia."
