"NY Sued Over Subsidies For Nuclear Plants" [1]

"ALBANY, N.Y. — New York utility regulators are being sued by an environmental group over big subsidies for nuclear power plants.

Hudson River Sloop Clearwater claims in a lawsuit the state Public Service Commission acted improperly when it adopted the subsidies this summer as part of a plan to reduce reliance on fossil fuels. Clearwater says it filed the lawsuit Wednesday with Goshen Green Farms."
