PUMA Fest: The 1st Latin American Festival of Environmental Journalism

Mongabay Latam is celebrating its 10th anniversary with PUMA FEST: the 1st Latin American Environmental Journalism Festival, a gathering for journalists, teachers, students and anyone interested in journalism and the environment. It will take place on July 23rd in Bogotá and is completely free.

At PUMA FEST you can participate in workshops, gain firsthand knowledge of award-winning environmental research methodologies, learn about Indigenous communication practices in the Amazon, attend panel discussions on the current political landscape of the environment in Latin America and participate in networking opportunities. There will be more than 20 international speakers and specialized journalists.
