DEADLINE: 2015 Newport Beach Film Festival

Event Date:
January 30, 2015

Enter your film now to be part of the 2015 Newport Beach Film Festival! Start off your summer early in one of California’s top destinations, the beautiful coastline city of Newport Beach. Located within driving distance of Hollywood, the Festival hosts a large contingent of film industry professionals and creates an environment where filmmakers have the opportunity to interact personally with the best of the business.

The NBFF includes the Environmental Film Series, a curated program of films designed to raise awareness of important issues affecting our environment. The films cover a wide array of "eco" and "green" topics, including water quality issues, sustainability, natural resource preservation, animal protection, garbage issues, the effects of globalization, recycling, vegetarianism, the adverse effects of industrialized agricultural practices, activism and more. Since Newport Beach is home to a wealth of environmental groups and natural wonders (from the beaches to the bays to the bird estuaries), the Newport Beach Film Festival is the ideal venue to present environmental films. Community partners for the program include Peter and Mary Muth Interpretive Center, Newport Bay Conservancy, Orange County Parks and Surfrider.

The Newport Beach Film Festival final deadline is January 30, 2015.
