Secret GSA Contractor Database Could Reveal Waste, Fraud, Abuse

The General Service Administration oversees about a half-trillion dollars worth of  federal contracting — but says evaluation of whether past contractors have done the job taxpayers paid them to do must be kept secret from … the taxpayers.
