"Town's Effort To Link Fracking And Illness Falls Short" [1]

Fracking Disclosure: Is the Data Half-Disclosed or Half-Hidden? [11]

After backroom lobbying by gas and oil industry groups, the Obama White House watered down the promised fracking-fluid disclosure requirement promised earlier this year — imposing it only after completion of the fracking operation, when the information may have little effect (such as public pressure on BLM to deny a drilling permit).

Poll: Americans Trust Obama More Than Romney on Climate; Want Action [21]

A new poll shows more Americans (47%) trust President Obama on climate issues than those who trust GOP contender George Romney (21%). Some 66% percent believe global warming is happening. A previous poll showed 72% think climate change should be a priority for both the president and Congress. The poll, conducted by Yale and George Mason University researchers, had a 3% margin of error.
