"Diesel Program Cutting Emissions, But Funding To Be Slashed" [28]

"More than 50,000 high-polluting diesel engines have been cleaned up or removed from U.S. roads in a federal program designed to reduce smog and greenhouse gases, according to a new Environmental Protection Agency report to Congress. Arkansas Spill, KXL Approval Linked In New Enviro Ad Campaign [34]

"Environmental groups on Monday announced a new ad campaign that highlights ExxonMobil's massive oil spill in Arkansas last month. The ads will be concentrated in the Washington, D.C., Metro's Foggy Bottom station, which is used by many State Department employees commuting to work, as the agency considers whether to approve the construction of the Keystone XL pipeline."

Another Lawsuit Filed over Arsenic from South Carolina Coal Ash [38]
