"The White House will propose deep spending cuts to domestic programs, including on energy and the environment, when it releases its fiscal 2021 budget today.

For infrastructure, the president is pushing a plan worth $1 trillion over a decade, according to information provided by the White House to various media outlets.

The Office of Management and Budget will release the spending plan at 12:30 p.m.; agencies are then expected to provide more budget details throughout the day."
