"It's Official: No Climate Bill This Year" [1]

"It's official: climate legislation has zero chance of passing before the big summit in Copenhagen this December." That seems to be the inevitable consequence of an announcement by Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid.

EPA To Discontinue Federal Register Listserves [9]

Prior to November 1, 2009, EPA had 13 different lists for Federal Register notices. The information is still available to reporters and the public via other channels.

Health Care Journalists Seek End to Press Office Restrictions at FDA [15]
