PFAS Levels In Ann Arbor Drinking Water Spiked And City Isn’t Sure Why

"ANN ARBOR, MI – PFAS levels in Ann Arbor’s drinking water spiked in October and city officials aren’t sure why.

Any guesses would be speculative, said Craig Hupy, the city’s public services administrator.

Hupy briefed the City Council on the situation in a three-page memo Monday, Dec. 10, ahead of the annual budget retreat, where improvements to the city’s water treatment plant were discussed."
