However, no recommendations for legislative change were included. Nobody knows what, if any, legislative recommendations OGIS may have originally proposed.

DEADLINE: Heinrich Böll Foundation's Energy and Climate Media Fellowships

Open to U.S. journalists who report on energy and climate issues and who are eager to contribute to transatlantic policy debate by reporting about European practices in energy and climate policy. The Foundation supports Fellows in setting up meetings in Europe, covers travel and accommodation costs and provides an honorarium for a 4-5 day research trip to Europe. Apply by February 28, 2014.
