Texas: "State Removes Oil Spill Photos From Public View" [7]

"AUSTIN, Texas — The state has removed aerial-surveillance photos taken during severe floods from a public website. The decision comes after the El Paso Times earlier this month published a story with dozens of such photos showing apparent oil spills in different river systems over the past few years."

Public Land Photo-Fee Provisions Buried in Pending Energy Legislation [16]

Farm News Fires Cartoonist for Lampooning Ag Firm CEOs' Pay [32]

The Iowa-based publication Farm News has fired an editorial cartoonist who had contributed to the publication for 21 years. His crime: pointing out that the CEOs of Monsanto, Dupont Pioneer and John Deere made far more than average farmers.
