Journalists from all 46 countries of the Council of Europe, Belarus and Russia are invited to present their best work produced in the past year. They have the opportunity to become Prize Laureates and be awarded 10,000 euro prizes. Deadline is Dec 14, 2025.

Top EU Countries Spend $45 Billion Subsidizing Fossil-Fuel Company Cars [7]
