Akron, Cleveland, Youngstown Air Pollution Still Among Ohio's Worst [1]

"Three metropolitan areas in Northeast Ohio were among 72 areas in the U.S. that suffered through more than 100 days of unhealthy air pollution in 2015, according to a report released today by the Environment America Research & Policy Center."

Despite Wealth, Pollution From Coal-Fired Plant Still Hurt Their Babies [17]

"New research released Monday documents the impact that pollution from a coal-fired plant in Pennsylvania had on four wealthy New Jersey counties as far as 30 miles downwind. Women in those counties had a greater risk of having babies of low or very low birthweight — less than 5½ pounds — than did women in similarly affluent areas."
